Leonard Splaine Co., Inc. is a licensed and insured Virginia contractor (VA Contractor License 10016155-2025) providing heating, cooling, electrical, water heater, generator, and heating oil services across Northern Virginia from our office at 13300 Occoquan Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22191.

Estimates and scheduling

• Replacement estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Diagnostic visits are billed at the rate quoted when you book. The diagnostic fee is waived for maintenance members who approve the recommended repair.
• Same-day appointments are subject to availability. We will always give you an honest arrival window and let you know if it changes.
• Quoted prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. You approve the price before we start.

Offers and discounts

Advertised offers apply within our Northern Virginia service area, carry the expiration date and conditions shown with the offer, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Financing is available with approved credit through our financing partners; terms are set by the lender.

Warranties

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf. Workmanship guarantees for repairs and installations are stated in writing on your estimate or invoice. Warranty coverage requires the system to be maintained per the manufacturer's requirements.

Website use

• Site content, including the Leonard Splaine name, logo, and Sonny mascot, belongs to Leonard Splaine Co., Inc. and may not be reused without permission.
