Kathy Arnold A family member had his AC system replaced by Leonard Splaine Co., a difficult job in a tight space that no one else would take, and recommended them to me. Very pleased with all interactions with staff, and the lads managing to install the new unit in the midst of our current heat wave is heroic.

Elizabeth Stickel We needed to replace our HVAC system during the awful heat wave we had recently. After thorough research of our options, we chose the local family owned and operated company, Leonard Splaine. Ricky Seminario came out and thoughtfully went through our choices, recommended changes from our current system that would help make our home more comfortable, and gave us a reasonable quote with no pressure to upsell any unnecessary options. Within a matter of days John Howard and Fred Bellini were removing our old system and replacing it with a brand new system. The two men had everything changed out, (including new custom ductwork pieces necessary for better airflow) cleaned up, programmed, and had shown us how to work the new system, all in less than a full business day. Our house was cool before they finished and left. Everyone that we worked with at Leonard Splaine was respectful, honest, and kind. We would highly recommend using this company.

Juanita Makuta They have wonderful customer service, you get to talk with a real person to cancel appointments, and the technician was professional, polite, and didn’t try to push me with other recommended needed maintenance. After dealing with a couple of others that lack good customer service I will use only Leonard Splaine for all forward HVAC and Heating needs.
