Low refrigerant almost always means a leak, not just a top-off. We find and seal the leak, then restore your refrigerant levels to the exact factory charge, whether you're on older R-22 or newer R-410A. The right charge means colder air, lower bills, and a compressor that isn't running itself to death.
An iced-over evaporator coil means your AC blows warm and can damage the compressor if you keep running it. We find the real cause, low refrigerant, a dirty coil, a failing blower, or restricted airflow, thaw it safely, and fix what froze it so it doesn't happen again.
When the outdoor unit hums but won't start, or trips the breaker, it's usually electrical. We test and replace failed capacitors, contactors, relays, and fan motors, and diagnose hard-starting or failed compressors, so you get the right fix instead of a guessed part.
Weak airflow inside or an outdoor fan that won't spin usually points to a motor. We repair and replace blower motors, condenser fan motors, and the run capacitors and modules behind them, so your system moves air the way it should and stops straining the rest of the unit.
Water pooling around the indoor unit is almost always a clogged condensate drain or a cracked drain pan. We clear and flush the line, fix or replace the pan, and check the float switch, so a small leak never turns into ceiling or floor damage.
Sometimes the AC is fine and the thermostat is the problem. We repair, replace, and wire up thermostats, including smart and programmable models, and track down control and sensor faults that leave a room warmer than the setpoint.
