One outdoor unit can run several indoor heads, each with its own thermostat, so you cool the rooms you use and leave the rest alone. We design multi-zone systems around your floor plan and how you actually live, which keeps energy bills down and every room comfortable.
Got one room that's always too hot or too cold? A single-zone mini-split is the clean fix for a bonus room, sunroom, addition, or home office, without extending ductwork or tearing into walls. Efficient, quiet, and controllable on its own.
