Much of Clifton sits beyond the natural gas lines, so homes here heat with propane furnaces, heat pumps, dual-fuel setups, and in some of the older properties, oil. That matters when you pick a contractor, because plenty of companies only really know gas furnaces. We service and install all of it, and we are one of the last companies in the region that still handles oil heat and delivers heating oil.
