A spring tune-up is the cheapest insurance your AC gets. We run a full multi-point check: refrigerant levels, capacitor and compressor, contactor, coils, condensate drain, electrical connections, airflow, and thermostat, and give you a straight report on anything starting to wear before it fails in July.
Dirty condenser and evaporator coils are one of the biggest quiet drains on efficiency. We clean them so the system sheds heat properly, cools faster, and runs on less power. A clean coil is often the difference between an AC that keeps up in a heat wave and one that doesn't.
We check your refrigerant charge against factory spec every visit. Low refrigerant means a leak, and a system that's under-charged runs warm, ices up, and works the compressor to death. Catching it during maintenance beats an emergency no-cool call.
A clogged filter chokes airflow and makes the whole system strain. We check and change filters and can add indoor air quality upgrades, high-efficiency media filters, UV lamps, and air purifiers, so your family breathes cleaner air and the equipment moves it more easily.
