The Role
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and zoning systems
- Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
- Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement when it is genuinely the better call
- Spot opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
- Keep professional documentation in ServiceTitan
- Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers' homes

Compensation
$70,000 – $125,000+
Hourly plus performance pay on reviews, tech-generated leads, and a percentage on turnover jobs. Stable, year-round work. Top performers build long-term careers here, not short stops between companies.
Requirements
- EPA certification Required
- NATE certification Preferred
- Journeyman Preferred
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
