Leonard-Splaine Heating • Cooling provides duct cleaning services as well as disinfected biocide treatment of ducts for residential and light, commercial multi-system homes.

The quality of your duct cleaning greatly depends on the quality of the equipment and how the duct cleaner is trained.  We use a HEPA-AIRE® duct cleaning system designed to clean you ducts to like new condition.  Do you know what you are breathing? Do you know what is inside your ducts? Can you imagine what your coffee table would look like if you didn't dust it for six years? Your ducts can look like this.

Your HVAC system is constantly re-circulating this dust and dirt throughout your home. Having clean ducts is particularly important if you have asthma. Even if you don't, it is unhealthy to circulate dirt, dust, dust mites, dust mite bacteria and mold spores.

The ducts in your home should be cleaned every 3-5 years, depending on the location. Even if your house is only a year old, consider what was done during construction. New construction debris and drywall dust can be particularly harmful. You owe it to yourself to breathe easy at home.

Did you know that with certain lung disorders, cleaning your ducts and making sure you have proper air filtration can be tax deductible?

Be sure when you get your ducts cleaned that you inquire about a quality air filter. You certainly do not want to get your ducts dirty right after you had them cleaned. Proper filtration will trap that dirt, preventing it from getting into your ducts and damaging your heating and air conditioning equipment.
