Our history

1956 - James Leonard & Charlie Splaine moved from Milton, MA to Woodbridge, VA to start their own business. They started out with a gas station with 2 service bays. They also had an oil delivery truck which they used to deliver home heating oil to the local neighborhoods.

• 1972 -The Company Started Installing and Servicing Oil Furnaces
• 1976 - Started Installing and Servicing Air Conditioning systems
• 1978 - Expanded into service and installations of Gas Furnaces
• 1980 - The company began installation and service of Heat Pumps
• 1982 -Gary & Tom Leonard took over the company as the second generation to run the family business
• 1983 - Built a 5600 sq ft office building and warehouse which replaced the service station they previously worked from.

Our Company Now

2004 - 3rd generation begins learning the family business; the future for Leonard Splaine is looking bright and we hope to continue to serve our community for at least another 50 years and beyond.
