For customers just wanting A/C protection - Here's our new Stay Cool A/C Plan designed to keep you feeling great during these HOT summer months!

Features of the Stay Cool A/C Plan are:

Free Service Calls During our normal business hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm (May 1-Sept. 31)

A/C Products & Services:

Our trained technicians diligently inspect and check:

• Clean/check condenser and evaporator coils
• Check drainage in condensate pan, and clean
• Check safety controls & compressor
• Check electrical connections and contactors
• Check compressor

Parts Protection: Clean, lubricate and adjust and/or replace any needed parts as specified and limited to parts listed below:

• All parts covered under our Silver Heat Plan, plus:
• Blower motors (1/3 hp or less, not including variable speed motors),Condenser Fan Motor, Contactors, Fan Relay, High/Low Pressure Switches,Refrigerant (2lb allowance), Fan Blade, Blower wheel, Start Relay, Fan Belts – Capacitors, Thermostat (non-programmable)
