Oil and Gas Residential Heat Systems

Here's our most comprehensive heating service plan designed for your oil or gas fired furnaces. Our Gold Heat Plan covers all included in our Silver Heat Plan plus:

Features of the Gold Heat Plan are:

• Half price on our overtime rate for after hour emergency calls
• Annual Tune-up: Lubrication and adjustment
• The TankSure® Program: $1,000 Tank Replacement Payment
• 1 free cleaning and tune-up visit: All furnaces and boilers during the normal summer working hours (M-F 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. April 1 – Sept 30)
  However, you must arrange an appointment within 4 weeks of receiving the reminder postcard. If not, we may not be able to respond in a timely manner after Oct. 1. Any tune-up done after Oct. 1 will not be part of the service contract and there will be a $90 charge for the tune-up.
• Parts Protection: Free replacement or repair of defective or worn burner parts and controls as specified below and limited those items. For other required parts there will be an additional charge. Replacements are subject to availability of parts from our normal sources. Additional plumbing components including FREE:
  • Aquastat
  • Circulators, power heads, zone valves (1 per year on these 3 parts)
  • Feed valves
  • Relief valves
  • Low water cut off

• Clean/check condenser and evaporator coils

• Check safety controls & compressor
• Check electrical connections and contactors
• Check compressor

Parts Protection: Clean, lubricate and adjust and/or replace any needed parts as specified and limited to parts listed below:

All parts covered under the Silver Heat Plan plus:

• Blower motors (1/3 hp or less, not including variable speed motors), Condenser Fan Motor, Contactors, Fan Relay, High/Low Pressure switches, Refrigerant (2lb allowance), Fan Blade, Blower wheel, Start Relay, Fan Belts – Capacitors, Thermostat (non-programmable)
• After Oct. 1 there will be a $90 charge for tune-up
